Innovative Educators, a Women Owned Business, is an S-Corporation (no parent company) and was formed in 2004 by three professional women who worked in the community college system in Colorado and who have over 70 years of combined experience in higher education. Our team has direct experience working at 2 and 4-year institutions, private and public colleges, and other postsecondary organizations. Our expertise is in providing affordable, relevant and manageable online solutions for student support services, ongoing orientation for students and parents, academic advising and planning, teaching and instruction, and professional development, supported with practical training and excellent customer service. We have been in business for over 15 years providing online services to students, faculty and staff, and we have been providing online orientation services for 5 years.
Innovative Educator’s sole focus is on student success. As former college employees, we understand the needs of not only students, but also faculty, staff and administrators. Our combination of higher ed, online learning, and instructional design background gives us first-hand experience in providing much-needed online services to institutions and allows us to provide creative direction and consultation that is truly meaningful and on-point given we understand the content, the needs of institutions, and the learning environment.
Innovative Educators can help you serve your students, parents, tutors, and administrators, faculty and staff through a comprehensive set of online tools and services. These technology based solutions will help onboard and retain students, provide support services to parents and families, deliver unprecedented professional development for faculty and staff, and provide online tutor training. Specific services that will be discussed are outlined below.

Online Orientation has been an essential tool for our students and program. It provides tailored support that aligns with our goals for student success, especially for those who need extra help with time management and academic skills. The flexibility and accessibility of the platform allow us to engage our diverse student body, no matter their background or schedule, and has helped improve student outcomes across the board.

Innovative Educators have been a great choice for Reynolds Community College. We don’t have a whole team designated to orientation, but this tool has made it so much more manageable to have an intuitive and visually appealing tool to communicate important information to students in a timely manner. The staff at IE are always super responsive (like same day!) and have helped with several editing needs and updates.
