     Go2Orientation for Adult Learners is a fully hosted, customizable online orientation solution featuring 10 StudentLingo workshops designed to help adult learners transition successfully into college life. It equips returning and first-time adult students with the tools to balance academics, work, and family responsibilities, and builds confidence through engaging, interactive content.

  • What reporting options are available with your online orientation?

    You can receive completion reports two ways:

    • Automated delivery (ftp dump, email, webhook)
    • Instant access via administrative login
  • Does your online orientation require involvement from our IT department?

    The beauty of our online orientation is that IT involvement is not required. However, if you want to have single-sign-on or data integration, then please refer to IE’s Tech Docs as IT will need to be involved.

  • Is your online orientation ADA compliant?

    Go2Orientation is ADA accessible WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and we can provide a VPAT upon request.

  • How does Innovative Educators create its training and workshop content?

    We create content using a variety of approaches to ensure our training is engaging, accessible, and scalable. This includes live events hosted on Zoom, professionally produced videos with subject matter experts, and the use of avatars to provide consistency and accessibility across sessions. Our team combines instructional design expertise with innovative tools to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

  • Is your online orientation mobile responsive?

    Go2Orientation is mobile responsive and accessible. It is designed to work seamlessly across a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. It meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards for ADA compliance, and we can provide a VPAT upon request.

  • What video options are available with your online orientation solution?

    We have several options available:

    • We offer full-service video production services, including script-writing, pre-production planning, filming, editing and post-production.
    • We have IE on-demand content that can be utilized in your orientation
    • You can add your own content in mp4 format. Just send us your videos.
  • Are there various pricing options available for your online orientation?

    Yes. Pricing is dependent on the scope of your online orientation. In order for us to give you accurate pricing, please book a demo.

  • Do you offer any discounts for Online Orientation?

    Yes, we offer several kinds of discounts, so be sure to speak with our Partner Relations team.

    • We offer multi-year discounts when contracting for more than one year and paying upfront.
    • We offer an additional 5% discount when you choose auto renew.
    • We offer bundling discounts when you purchase multiple products.
    • Many schools have used CARES funding or other grant funds to pay for our products — please check HEERF guidelines for eligibility.
    • There is reduced pricing available for California colleges as part of our agreement with California’s CollegeBuys program and the Virginia Community Colleges System.
