Miriam Carrrasquel-Nagy has a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and specializes in higher education as well as online and hybrid curriculum development. She has a B.A. in ESL from Instituto Universitario Pedagógico de Caracas and an M.A. in Spanish from the University of Kansas.
Based in Fort Collins, CO, she was the Rhetoric, Languages, and Philosophy Department Chair at Front Range Community College Larimer Campus for the last two years. Prior to this position, she had been a professor in the US and abroad of ESL and SSL, working in online and offline settings. Miriam is passionate about multiculturalism, diversity, inclusion, helping others grow, and empowering women through education. On a more personal note, she enjoys traveling the world and learning about other countries and cultures.
