Michelle McNulty is the Assistant Director of New Student Connections and is currently enrolled in the Measurement and Evaluation doctoral program at the University of South Florida. Her research interests include: male student retention, use of predictive analytics and big data in higher education, and peer to peer coaching programs as an intervention strategy for persistence. Michelle earned her Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs at Florida State University and her B.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University. Michelle has been working in the higher education sector since 2010 with professional roles in fraternity/sorority life and new student and transition programs.
