Melissa Quinn is a senior program manager for industry sector partnerships and customer relations at the Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE). In her role, she helps cultivate relationships among higher education institutions, employers, and community partners to support collaboration and workforce development. She also works with SOCHE’s Marketing and Communications Committee, helping member institutions exchange resources, strengthen alignment, and expand the impact of their communications efforts.
