Ms. Meg Foster is a Career Coach at Reynolds Community College and serves as an Online Learning & Design Specialist and Consultant for Innovative Educators. An educator dedicated to student access and success, Meg has over twenty years of higher education experience focused on best practices in online learning, first year experience, teaching and learning, and enrollment and retention. She has presented at national conferences on issues related to college student success and served as a lead QEP Evaluator. In addition to her work in the Virginia Community College System, Meg previously served as an Assistant Dean of Admissions at Salem College and Virginia Wesleyan College. She earned an M.A. in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia.
