Malcolm Pace brings over 15 years of experience in academic advising, student success, and college access to his role as Director of Dual Enrollment, Outreach, and Recruitment at Northern Virginia Community College. With a career spanning community colleges and four-year institutions, Malcolm has led strategic initiatives that support first-generation students, strengthen advising models, and expand dual enrollment opportunities. His background includes leadership roles at Fayetteville Technical Community College, Clark University, and Wheelock College, as well as advising and teaching positions across Massachusetts and North Carolina. Malcolm is passionate about building equitable pathways to higher education and helping students thrive from high school through college completion.
