Lorrie Bishop has over two decades of experience in higher education and serves as the inaugural Director of Secondary Enrollment Partnerships | Launch UC, an early college incubator at the University of Cincinnati. She has dedicated her career to designing and scaling early college and dual enrollment programs through strategic partnerships with secondary and career technical schools.
Lorrie specializes in building accessible dual enrollment models intentionally designed as recruitment, retention, and time-to-degree strategies. Her work centers on creating structured academic pathways that reduce uncertainty for students, strengthen institutional pipelines, and drive undergraduate matriculation and persistence.
She is actively engaged at the local, state, and national levels, serving on committees, consulting with institutions of higher education, and contributing as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. Lorrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration.
