Kelli Emerson is a higher education leader with over a decade of experience supporting underserved and non-traditional student populations. She currently serves as Director at Paul Quinn College, a nationally recognized urban work college, where she leads initiatives focused on student success and equity. Prior to this role, she spent nearly six years advancing TRiO Student Support Services at Lee College, working her way from advisor to director while championing first-gen and transfer student achievement. Kelli holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from American InterContinental University and a BA in Psychology from the University of New Orleans.
