Kaitlin Wallace serves as the Vice President of Financial Aid at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California. With a unique background as a credentialed CPA, Big 4 accounting alumna, and holder of a Master’s in Higher Education, she loves demystifying dense federal mandates and turning them into clear, compassionate guidance students can understand. When she isn’t untangling financial aid policies or prepping for audits, Kaitlin heads to the beach with her local surfing club, happily trading the precision of balancing institutional spreadsheets for a lighthearted attempt to balance on a surfboard.
