Rather than hoping connection forms by happy accident, Jessica helps colleges build it—reliably, and intentionally. She's the founder of ProjectConnect, a program that has helped thousands of participants across 100+ colleges build meaningful relationships and has certified more than 750 facilitators to lead the program.
