Dr. Kimberly Gregory serves as Director of College and Career Readiness at College of The Albemarle and brings more than 14 years of experience in higher education. Her work focuses on expanding educational access, supporting adult learners, and creating pathways to academic achievement and workforce opportunities. She has contributed to initiatives involving adult credentials, community partnerships, and workforce development. Recognized as COA's 2023–24 nominee for the North Carolina Community College System Staff of the Year Award, Dr. Gregory is committed to helping learners build skills, achieve their educational goals, and discover new possibilities.
