Dr. Kevin S. Osborne serves as Vice President for Strategic Innovation and Effectiveness at Forsyth Technical Community College, where he leads initiatives focused on institutional effectiveness, data-informed decision-making, and student success. With extensive experience in academic leadership and workforce-focused education, he has held senior roles supporting strategic planning, program development, and initiatives that improve student outcomes. Dr. Osborne holds an Ed.D. from Wingate University, an MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
