Karen serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Naropa University. For much of the last decade, Karen has been working to help students realize their potential through higher education. When not serving students, Karen spends as much time as possible skiing, hiking, beekeeping, gardening, and taking part in art and performance with her energetic family.
