Amber Hare serves as the Registrar at Edison State Community College where she oversees student records, registration, grading, graduation, and compliance. She ensures academic processes are accurate, consistent, and timely while maintaining the integrity of the College’s data and systems. Amber collaborates with various departments to support enrollment, progression, and completion. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, it has a direct impact on students being able to register for classes, receive financial aid, graduate on time, and move forward in their careers or education. Amber earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees while working full time. Completing her master’s degree as a single parent required discipline, resilience, and support from those around her. She shared that “the experience deepened my appreciation for the challenges many of our students face and continues to shape how I approach my work.”
