Valerie Kisiel, President & CEO of Innovative Educators (IE), is an experienced manager & leader who focuses on curriculum design, product development, and strategic partnerships. She has over 15 years experience as a teacher, advisor, recruiter and web administrator at the high school and the community college levels. Prior to (IE), Valerie worked in Online Learning, Academic Advising, and Online Student Services at Front Range Community College. Valerie’s advising experience includes in-person advising, as well as online advising. Having experience as a teacher, an instructional designer, and a college administrator, means that Valerie understands higher education and the needs of universities and their students. Over the last eleven years, Valerie created Innovative Educators and has developed IE into a premier online education & training company to support institutions of higher education and their students. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Colorado College and a Master’s degree in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado, Denver.
