Based in Tucson, Arizona, Jen Meyers Pickard, Ph.D. brought her skills to WittKieffer after nearly two decades in academic and student affairs roles, first at Northwestern University and the University of Maryland and later at the University of Arizona. Jen has a broad insight into the inner workings of higher education institutions and is driven by a passion to find the right leaders for specific client needs. Her search expertise includes presidents, provosts, deans, and leaders in a wide variety of administrative units including student affairs, student success, research and innovation, and enrollment management.
Based in Boston, Sheila Murphy brings extensive experience in academia to her role as a search consultant, having served as an administrator at various leading liberal arts institutions. Sheila provides clients with a unique, informed insight into the roles for which she recruits, and is known for her genuine, collaborative manner. She supports searches for presidents, chancellors, provosts, and deans, as well as vice presidents for student affairs, academic affairs, finance, and other areas. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Sheila served as the Dean for Student Life at Simmons College in Boston.
