Paige Brooks-Jeffiers is the Executive Director of Professional Development and Innovation at KCTCS. She has over 20 years of professional development experience with more than 18 of those in Higher Education. Her career began in Distance Learning where she trained and supported faculty transitioning to in an online format, including teaching strategies and technology. She is over the Office for Professional Development and Innovation and develops, implements and facilitates innovative PD events to increase student success through faculty and staff support and engagement. Paige has a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville. She also attained the Master Trainer Certificate through the Association for Talent Development and is a Myers Briggs MBTI Certified Practitioner.
