Dr. Teresa Thompson-Pinckney is the Chief Executive Officer and lead consultant at Vision Shift Catalyst, LLC. With a focus on access, equity, and graduation within the academic and nonprofit sectors, she provides invaluable knowledge for the pursuit of transformative change. She is a TRIO alumnus, TRIO priority trainer, and retired higher education administrator. In her recent role as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Success and Enrollment Management, she designed and led the development and implementation of an innovative model for integrated student services, significantly increasing enrollment and retention rates. Her track record includes securing federal, state, and foundation grant awards totaling over $44 million with a 90% success rate. Her life work is grounded in addressing equity and improving student outcomes for Black, Latino, and Indigenous students, poverty-impacted students, and first-generation students.
