Bitsy Cohn has had a 32-year career in higher education through administrative positions in academic and student services departments in community colleges, state higher education systems, and state and national consultancy in adult education, developmental education, workplace learning assessment, and credit for prior learning.
Post higher ed retirement, Bitsy is primarily focusing on training front line workers in customer service strategies for IE and learning new tricks in real time as a Patient Access Specialist for a local hospital.
