Amanda Key is the Director of Opportunity Success and Achievement at Piedmont Virginia Community College, a center that provides wraparound support and resource services to PVCC students facing basic needs insecurity. Since being the Director of the center Amanda has received several honors and awards for her service and continued support of PVCC students. Prior to joining PVCC, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s degree in counseling from Liberty University. Amanda recently adopted five children and is navigating the new life of parenthood. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in her community and spending time with her 12 nieces and nephews.
