Innovative Educators, a Women Owned Business, is an S-Corporation (no parent company) and was formed in 2004 by three professional women who worked in the community college system in Colorado and who have over 70 years of combined experience in higher education. Our team has direct experience working at 2 and 4-year institutions, private and public colleges, and other postsecondary organizations. Our expertise is in providing affordable, relevant and manageable online solutions for student support services, ongoing orientation for students and parents, academic advising and planning, teaching and instruction, and professional development, supported with practical training and excellent customer service. We have been in business for over 15 years providing online services to students, faculty and staff, and we have been providing online orientation services for 5 years.
Innovative Educator's sole focus is on student success. As former college employees, we understand the needs of not only students, but also faculty, staff and administrators. Our combination of higher ed, online learning, and instructional design background gives us first-hand experience in providing much-needed online services to institutions and allows us to provide creative direction and consultation that is truly meaningful and on-point given we understand the content, the needs of institutions, and the learning environment.
Initially, I thought it would be impossible to transition our tried and true in-person orientation to a virtual format. Not only did Innovative Educators’ Go2Orientation help us do exactly that, but it exceeded our expectations.
You all have been one of the best partners I have worked with. You are super flexible, great at follow through and I feel grateful to have had the experience to work with you all.
I value the StudentLingo workshops. From my perspective, the workshops create another channel for students to receive the information and interact with the material being presented. I use the workshops to reinforce learning and to provide alternative engagements.
Your team has always accommodated our needs. We appreciate the patience, support, and quick response.
You all provide all the support I need! You are amazing to work with.
A final and incredibly important consideration we made is that IE is a woman-owned and woman-led company of educators (not software engineers) who make education products for educators.
