    Webinar Sponsorship Opportunities


    Innovative Educators (IE) and University Parent offer advertisers the opportunity to sponsor interactive webinars. There are two types of webinar sponsorships available.

    • IE-Generated Content: Topics, moderators and speakers are chosen by IE.   IE will train and work with speakers.   The advertiser's logo is prominently displayed on all promotional material, the PowerPoint presentation, the registration website and on the recording. 
    • Sponsor-Generated Content:The advertiser selects the webinar topic, moderator, and speakers.  IE will train and work with speakers.   The advertiser's logo is prominently displayed on all promotional material, the PowerPoint presentation, the registration website and on the recording. 

    As part of the webinar sponsorship package, IE will: 

     

    • Host event on IE website
    • List event in IE email newsletter (80,000 subscribers)
    • Field general questions regarding registration, login, logistics, etc.
    • Facilitate registration (Online and Paper-Based)
    • Provide technical training for speakers
    • Provide technical support during live event
    • Send login instructions to registrants
