    Since its founding in 1984, Black Issues In Higher Education (which is now Diverse) has been America's premier news source for information concerning these vitally important issues. That the magazine received the 2002 Folio award as the best education publication in America only attests to how well we have carried out our mission of being the most reliable source for those who understand the importance of these issues.

  • The Center for the Study of College Student Retention (www.cscsr.org) provides retention resources to individuals and educational institutions. Our aim is to provide researchers and practitioners with a comprehensive resource for finding information on college student retention and attrition. On the Center web site can be found information about the Journal of College Student Retention: Research, Theory & Practice, the only scholarly referred journal; a retention discussion group with over 1,100 members worldwide; retention reference list with over 1,500 retention references; retention issues; retention slide shows; retention consulting; jobs/conferences; for companies; and a list of business and educational affiliates.
