Masha Krsmanovic holds a Ph.D. degree in Higher Education Studies, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development, and a Master’s Degree in English Language and ESL. She is an Assistant Professor in Higher Education program at the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to this role, she worked at the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Central Florida and taught First-Year Seminar courses. She has extensive international teaching experience in varied educational settings, including higher, continuous, vocational, and adult education. Her research investigates a multitude of factors contributing to student learning, academic success, and retention. She serves as an editorial board member and reviewer for more than a dozen of higher education journals and professional organizations. She has received several research and teaching awards for her work.
