Erin Farley works at North Hennepin Community College as the Guided Pathways Coordinator for First-Year Transitions. In this role, she has improved the video quality and accessibility of NHCC's online orientation through their learning management system, D2L, prior to making the change to Go2Orientation in early 2023.
Erin worked as an Academic Advisor at NHCC for two years before taking over their Orientation. Before that, she worked at multiple community colleges as an adjunct counselor in Southern California. She has also coached collegiate softball at the Division III level since 2012 for Hamline University and California Lutheran University.
