• Project Management
  We will provide oversight and coordination for your event working closely with all relevant parties.  Project services include nearly every facet of event management from the initial brainstorming meeting to post-webinar follow up.  
  
  • Find and compensate speakers (if applicable)
  • Determine content of webinar
  • Advertise event
  • Register attendees
  • Provide technical training for speakers
  • Send login instructions to registrants
  • Bill registrants (paper, envelopes, printing, stamps, time) – if applicable

  Event Management
  We will work closely with and help manage all the technical components of an event. We can assist and advise on a variety of topics, including the selection of presentation tools, use of interactive exercises, effective use of graphics, and the coordination of multiple presenters and training.

  • Provide technical support during live event
  • Host recording links on our server and/or prepare them for your server
  • Send email of recording to registrants

  Customer Service
  Support is available for both live and on-demand events.

  • Field general questions regarding registration, login, logistics, etc.
  • Conduct courtesy calls for the webinar 2 days prior to event. 
  • Cut check once a month on agreed upon amount for collectibles – if applicable
  • IE is not responsible for paying any fees that are deemed uncollectible – if applicable
