"In these times of dwindling resources, it becomes more important than ever to identify what we do well. In addition, we need to prioritize all that we value so that we can determine what resources will be allocated to improve that which is of greatest importance. This session combines a framework to prioritize values, implement outcomes-based assessment to evaluate how well those values are being met, and then empower organizations to re-allocate resources toward that which they value."
