Shantee Siebuhr is the Guided Pathways Specialist for Weatherford College. She serves as an academic advisor, prospective student guide, new student contact for orientation, and lead coordinator for the institutions’ Guided Pathways efforts.
Having graduated with an Associates degree from Weatherford College, she obtained a B.A in Human Development and Family Studies at American Military University before she started work back where her higher education journey began at Weatherford College. Here, she found her passion in helping new students get their footing and find their paths in their own quest for what they want to accomplish. With that passion ignited, Shantee seeks to further the academic and life goals of every student. Shantee went on to earn her Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Higher Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University in just 12 months.
Shantee Siebuhr is a mom to twin energetic girls and wife to an Army Veteran. When she isn’t guiding students, chasing after children, or living her best life with her husband, she is growing her backyard farm; with 17 goats, 3 dogs, 4 cats, and 6 ferrets, there is never a shortage of action and adventure.
