Kelsey Torgerson is in her fifth year as the Master Tutor in the Student Success Center at the University of Minnesota Crookston. Her master’s degree is from the University of Wisconsin Madison. In recent years, the University of Minnesota Crookston has developed a framework for effective online tutoring. They have worked hard to overcome the many challenges that developing an online tutoring program presents and are proud to have a thriving in-house, homegrown online tutoring program. Kelsey is passionate about online education and is eager to discuss her insights with other learning assistance professionals.
