Dr. Janell Harvey began working on behalf of children in 2002 while leading a non-profit organization as its Executive Director. Since then, she has focused much of her research and volunteer time in areas that deal with students who are learning disabled and disadvantaged. Recently, she published an article in IGI Global that meta-analyzes a number of resources for students who are hearing impaired. She has also published articles and a book that deal with fund development.
