Brinda Berry is a federal grant manager of the Carl D. Perkins postsecondary program for the Arkansas Department of Higher Education. Her experience includes a unique combination of educational experience coupled with business experience related to computer systems and education management. Brinda spent seventeen years in the classroom with students ranging in age from teens to not-so-teen. She also worked in private industry developing training software and supervising the workflow for technical projects.
Brinda embraces new technology and believes in empowering others. In addition to her career in education, she is also a published author.
