Case Management is quickly becoming recognized as a must-have support service for assessing and managing at-risk students on college campuses. Jamie Molnar, LMHC, QS, has 16 years of clinical and organizational psychology experience, with particular expertise in clinical counseling, coaching, case management, crisis response, and health and wellness initiatives. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her Masters in Applied Psychology (Clinical) from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a State of Florida Qualified LMHC Supervisor, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Jamie is an advocate for mental wellness and early intervention. She currently works in clinical practice in St. Petersburg, Florida, provides higher education consulting nationally, and offers virtual coaching and courses for therapists and wellness professionals. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings but more recently spent 5 years in higher education working in both clinical and non-clinical roles in Student Affairs. She has experience in college counseling, wellness outreach initiatives, chairing the BIT team, and designing, implementing, and overseeing case management services. Previously, she was an active member of the Higher Education Case Manager Association’s (HECMA) Operations and Strategic Planning Committee, co-authored the 2017 HECMA Member Survey and Analysis Report, was an Editor for the National Journal for Behavioral Intervention Teams, and provided mentorship to new case managers through the HECMA Mentorship program. Jamie currently serves as an affiliated consultant for the TNG Group as well as on the advisory board for the National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment. She writes and presents regularly on case management and mental health in higher education.
Erin Halligan-Avery, PhD has been in the field of Higher Education for 18 years. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Oswego, a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Brockport, and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Rochester. Erin is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor and a Nationally Certified Counselor.
While at the University of Rochester Erin was tasked with creating the University's Students of Concern system, currently known as the CARE Network. Over a 4 year period, Erin worked with a dedicated team of staff and students to build what is now a nationally-recognized program for identifying and supporting students in or headed toward distress. Within the first 2 years of its implementation, the rate of CARE Referrals increased 141%. Erin’s success in program implementation led to her being asked to serve on the National Behavioral Intervention Team Association (NaBITA) board, which she has done for 6 years.
Currently, Erin is the President of ConcernCenter, Inc., a tech solution that helps individuals access support resources simply by identifying their concern. Erin also works at the Rochester Institute of Technology at the Director of Wellness Programs and Services, overseeing 4 departments associated with Student Wellness.

What is a live webinar?
A live webinar is an interactive online training. Participants can communicate with the presenter(s) during the event via a live chat feature.
What is an on-demand webinar and how do I get access?
An on-demand training is a previously recorded webinar available online which can be accessed anytime, anywhere. You can register for on-demand trainings at any time. You will receive the recording the week following the live event. The recording is a campus access license and is available for one year from the purchase date.
How long are the webinars?

When do I register?
You can register at any time, even the morning of the live event. If the live event has occurred, you can purchase the on-demand training (recording) of the session. You can register for on-demand trainings at any time.
What is the process for attending a live event?
The process is as follows:
- You will receive the login information within 5 minutes of registering for the webinar.
- The presentation materials will be available before the live event. Please check the link in the login information email.
- On the day of the live event, participants can log in 30 minutes prior to the start time. Once logged in, participants can see the PowerPoint slides, ask questions, and make comments via the chat feature.
- We email participants a link to the recording the Monday following the live event.
Is there a recording available? And how long is the recording good for?
Approximately one week after the conclusion of the live webinar, participants will receive a link to the recording which can be forwarded to all faculty and staff for viewing anytime, anywhere. The recording is a campus access license and is available for one year from the date of the live event.

We take quality seriously, and so all of our workshops are top notch in terms of content and look. However, if we know how you plan to use StudentLingo (FYE, Retention, Probation, TRIO, etc.), we can make workshop recommendations.
Funding is a little tight, how many workshops can I get for $XX?
You can buy the entire StudentLingo package (50 workshops) or we offer several a la carte options. Unlike a lot of other software companies, we don’t charge per user, so we can work with any budget. We recommend talking to other departments on campus to increase your purchasing power and to share the cost. Also, we do have a pay model whereby students pay directly. Is there an admin view?
This is a feature of our platform, but comes at an additional cost. With the admin view, you get access to more advanced reporting, and you have it in real time. With the standard membership, you get monthly reports.
