Who are the Speakers?


 

Heather Peterson is currently a manager in One Stop Student Services at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus.  She has worked in financial aid for over five years where she has been a new counselor trainer and now manages refresher training for existing staff.   She completed her Master’s degree in Education Leadership and Administration in Student Affairs at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

 

Carrie Otto is currently the assistant to the director of One Stop Student Services at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus.  She has worked in financial aid for over four years where she has also been a One Stop counselor, a new counselor trainer, and now manages the new staff training program for One Stop.  Carrie has a Master’s degree in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota.
