Joy Vergara is the Assistant Director of the Office of Student Life at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She was responsible for development and implementation of the DePaul commuter program, as well as currently providing the strategic plan for commuter initiatives. She has restructured the commuter student organization and was able to centralize commuter information. She earned her M. Ed in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
