This session will highlight the approach, process and procedure that Lawrence Technical University created to serve students in a one-stop center environment. Speakers will review benchmarking visits, the development of goals and strategies, the implementation plan which includes new job descriptions, cross training techniques and the assessment steps conducted during the process.

Lisa KujawaLisa Kujawa has served as the assistant provost for enrollment management at Lawrence Technological University since 2002.She is a veteran of over 20 years working in the fields of admissions, recruitment and enrollment management. Before joining Lawrence Tech as director of admissions in 1998, she worked at Mercy College of Detroit as the Director of Admissions and Scholarships and the University of Michigan-Dearborn as the Associate Director of Admissions and Director of Information Support Services
A past president of the Michigan Association of Collegiate Registrar and Admissions Officers (MACRAO) and a current member of the Midwest ACT Executive Council Kujawa holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology and a Master of Arts in training and development. She also has attended the Harvard University Management Development program in 2002. She chairs numerous committee’s at Lawrence Technological University on Strategic Planning, Enrollment Planning, Banner Implementation, and Mission Effectiveness.
Kujawa is a popular speaker on leadership, communication, and collaboration, and has spoken on these topics at numerous national, regional and local educational conferences over the past 12 years.
