Hector A. Bauzá is a native of Puerto Rico. He has been Vice President and Account Director for Saatchi & Saatchi - Puerto Rico, Vice President for Natcom Sales - Latin America, Vice President of Marketing for Ponce Lions Baseball Club (owned by the Florida Marlins), and the General Manager at acclaimed radio stations in Orlando and Tampa, Florida. Hector has national account experience with Amigo Supermarkets (second largest supermarket chain in Puerto Rico), InterAmerican University (largest private University in Puerto Rico), Isuzu, Arrow Air, Buena Vision Cable System, Universal Studios, and Disney Parks in Florida. He is President and CEO of Bauzá & Associates, a full service integrated marketing agency with offices in Western Massachusetts, Boston, New Haven, CT and Puerto Rico. Bauzá & Associates currently serves fifteen local, regional and national brands.
Mr. Bauzá serves on the boards of the Pioneer Valley chapter of United Way, Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (Board Member and Trustee), Plan for Progress, and the UMass Amherst Fine Arts Center.
