You carefully construct a survey. Your students complete the survey, rating items, providing comments, and offering suggestions. What’s next? Put all of that quality information to use! Building off of the October 2012 webinar Creating, Improving & Implementing Student Satisfaction Surveys, this seminar will teach participants how to analyze the data gathered from student satisfaction surveys.
Participants will learn strategies for utilizing survey data in a way that encourages continuous self-evaluation and improvement. They will also identify successful methods for increasing the response rate of student satisfaction surveys. The speaker will showcase the importance of turning data into clean and convincing presentations that support department/program needs and trends. (Participation in the October 2012 webinar is not required.)
