TAXI: The fastest way to get from the airport to your hotel is by taxi and should cost approximately $14.
SHUTTLE: There is a shuttle service called SA Trans. The booth is located right outside of baggage claim and says "airport shuttle". They offer curbside service and no reservation is required. Shuttle departs every 15 minutes for downtown hotels. The cost is $14/person one-way; $24 roundtrip. You will find a coupon on their web site: http://www.saairportshuttle.com
The Hotel Valencia offers valet parking only, and it costs $8.00 per day.
The closest parking garage to the Hotel Valencia is the Mid-City parking garage located on the corner of College Street and Navarro, across from La Mansion Hotel. Event parking at the garage is $7.00. Hourly non-event parking is $1.00 per half hour, with a maximum of $6.00.
There are quite a few other parking facilities located around this area. Prices vary according to distance and whether or not the attendant will be charging for event parking.
- Early conference check-in on Wednesday
If you are arriving early, feel free to take advantage of early check-in for the conference. We will be to the hotel lobby from 12:00PM- 2:30PM and 5:00PM-8:00PM on Wednesday.

If you register for the pre-conference at the hotel, Innovative Educators will provide transportation to the University of Texas at San Antonio. You will receive shuttle times and schedules when you register.
