Erin Hoag- Co-Owner
Erin Hoag holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Vanderbilt University. She has over 20 years of higher education administrative experience with private universities, public universities, community colleges and athletic programs. Currently, Erin serves as the Director of Financial Aid for Front Range Community College and has multi-campus responsibilities. Prior to that, she has served as Director of Advising and Assessment and manager of a medical facility. |

Valerie Kisiel- Co-Owner
Valerie Kisiel has over 6 years experience as a teacher, advisor, recruiter and web administrator at the high school and the community college levels. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Colorado College and a Master’s degree in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado, Denver. Valerie serves as the Coordinator of Student Success for Online Learning at Front Range Community College. Her responsibilities include instructional design, course development, faculty training and online instruction. |

Pam Ranallo-Co-Owner
Pam Ranallo has taught Spanish for over 11 years and currently serves as Chair of Arts and Languages at Front Range Community College, Boulder County Campus. She has traveled to ten different Spanish speaking countries and has directed numerous study abroad programs. Pam earned her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Linguistics and her Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. Pam has experience in medical interpreting and teaches Spanish in the business community as well. |

Geri Anderson- Consultant
Geri Anderson currently serves as Chief Academic Officer at Front Range Community College, the largest community college in the state of Colorado. Prior to that, she served as Dean of Student Services at FRCC and Associate Director of Undergraduate Academic Affairs at the University of Colorado, and Director of Competency-Based Teacher Education at Regis University. She teaches college chemistry and has over 22 years of higher education administrative experience. Geri Anderson earned her Master’s degree in Secondary Science Education from the University of Nebraska and holds an Educational Doctorate from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
